It was not wat I expected.

Comfortable 2-star hotel This is a comfortable place to shower and sleep. It's clean, well-kept, and convenient to the area. Don't expect much more or you will be disappointed. The breakfast is minimal, with coffee, hot water and tea, milk, orange and apple juice, oatmeal, Raisin Bran, Frosted Flakes and bread/toast. No protein, muffins, or Danish. There's a Starbucks and a McDonalds within 200 feet of the hotel if you need more options.

The rooms carpet felt dirty, there were hairs on the “clean towels,” the the blankets were paper thin, the door to the room was made out of thin material and not safe feeling. Outside our window was garbage including a tampon. Outside of the room the hall was out dated and had some liquid damages in spots.

Breakfast is only continental breakfast cereal, toast, coffee. Location of property nice near restaurants and shopping.. I went to check in I had reserved a king bed, but was told only a double bed was available. I was disappointed but said OK I had traveled a long way with my husband and was tired.. the thing that bothers me the Front Desk Agent she said the room was on third floor. That alone was not alarming, but after I got my keys and grabbed my luggage with my husband we realized there was no elevator! No one informed me there was no elevator at check-in. I have a bad knee and trouble walking and had to go up all those stairs EVERYTIME I came in and out of the facility if it was not for my husband being there, I would not have been able to get my luggage to the room. No one ever offered to assist with the luggage, knowing they have no elevator! I had to find out on my own, which I would’ve appreciated the transparency from the lady at the front desk to make sure that that was OK, that alone made my stay very bad.. I just would appreciate it, someone telling me there was no elevator at the property instead of me finding out my own way. At least try to assist us with the bags my, husband even struggle with the luggage getting it up to the third floor, outside of that the room was clean. Hallway had a light odor of old cigarettes. Staff nice but I will not book there again.

When entering the hotel room,it had a smell of wet clothes that had later been to in the dryer. Later I found out the air conditioner in the room was basically a window unit that leaked extremely bad on the carpet. They have a laundry room on the property which is good but the washer and dryer are outdated.I had difficulty getting fresh towels, as I ask the front desk person for some. He gave me two towels and I didn’t realize it but I had to go back for washcloths. He told me after giving me two that those were the last two and next time I should try to catch the housekeeping in between rooms. Also there was always someone standing by the front door of the hotel entrance smoking cigarettes.
