The motel is conveniently located right off I-29. There were a couple of fast food restaurant located nearby. It took only about 20 minutes to get downtown, and a 15 minutes drive to CPKC stadium. My room was comfortable. Upon checking in I discovered my TV didn't work. The desk clerk came and fix it with in the hour. Later I discovered there was hardly any water coming out of my bathroom sick. Since it was late, I didn't report this till the next morning to the front desk. It was fix by the time I came back to my room in the evening. The breakfast offered in the mornings wasn't much. There was only two choice of cold cereal, oatmeal, and toast. Plus coffee. The staff was very nice.

the tub did not have a stopped and the underside of the tub surround above the edge of the tub was black with mold, only visible while in the tub

No running water in sink on last day. Sink was cracked all over to begin with. Water in shower NEVER got hot. Fixtures in room were rusted? The worst though was the plastic covering the mattress crackled with every movement. The bedding also wouldn't stay on the bed so every time you get out both people need to fix the corners. Poor girl at the desk didn't speak English so we felt bad for her trying to explain the water didn't work.

this place was disgusting. they had a trash bag cut into pieces on top of the mattress under the sheets. bathroom had hair and left over trash from the guest before. totally shady people everywhere. smelled like a big ashtray. avoid this place.

Because of past experiences we were afraid to stay at another Super 8 but felt this place was WELL worth the cost. We stayed 4 nights & felt VERY comfortable. The design of the room was very spacious. Often, we are cramped. It was VERY clean & when asked for more towels there was NO issue. The free breakfast is a true conventional one so don't expect a food spread although it would be nice to have a protein added. There was NO bugs or room/hall odors. Staff was very professional & helpful. Showers were awesome. We WOULD stay there again in the furture when we go back to Worlds of Fun which was about 13 miles away. No issue for us for how well the stay went & the place being so clean. Be sure to consider them as your place to stay...
