Room fine except for loud refrigerator noise that went off hourly for 30 seconds. Thermostat did not work making room too hot and then too cold.

I booked four rooms for my son's wedding. The rooms were nice. The hotel rooms could be updated. They were clean. What I was most impressed with was Jasmine and Mo. They both helped in accommodating my family. They found connecting rooms so I could help take care of my granddaughter. The found rooms close together for 3 family groups. And they not only put the bride and groom on another floor and gave them an upgrade.

Room was clean and staff for the most part was friendly. Apparently, the person checked us in incorrectly which resulted in a new guest walking in my room while my husband was asleep and not dressed. It was very awkward and embarrassing for strangers to walk in the room while he was asleep. Later on that evening I had to get my keys reset. I was never asked for ID which I thought should be a security issue. Then I wake up to a note on the door regarding payment and my room was booked and paid for a week in advance. Very frustrating experience.

Your front desk reception staff are amazing! Especially Cathy W, She was so pleasant and helpful. During a busy time in the morning, she showed patience and poise. What a catch! Definitely a people person. We had a late breakfast that was a disappointment, It seemed we were served the last of the buffet, but we did order off the menu. Quite pricey for what was served. Overall, a pleasant stay and we will return.

It was New Years and the hot tub was out of order. They were short on staff also. No towels were ready when I needed them.
