Struttura ben curata e pulita. Per la colazione ci è stato offerto un caffè, mentre per la cena l’host ci ha consigliato un ristorante: molto turistico, ma comunque con buon cibo. L’accoglienza è stata molto cordiale, fatta di persona, con spiegazioni utili su cosa vedere e visitare in città.

From the very first moment, the experience was outstanding. Even before we arrived, they had asked what time we would get there — so when we showed up at 11 a.m., the room was ready for us immediately, with no waiting at all. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Marco, who greeted us on his scooter and personally handed us a printed map of the city. He took the time to explain where to go, what to see, and where to eat — even giving us special vouchers for things like a free coffee and 20% off at a local restaurant. Later, he sent all the details via WhatsApp and was always available to answer any questions we had. That kind of hospitality is exactly what you hope for when traveling. The room itself was spotless and beautifully designed, especially the bathroom with its stylish LED lighting. It was also very quiet — we didn’t hear any other guests, so we could truly relax. I had several valuables with me and felt completely safe leaving them in the room. Marco is incredibly genuine and clearly passionate about what he does. I truly wish him all the best — he deserves it. I’ll definitely be coming back and will be recommending this place to all my friends. Absolutely worth it!

Excellent lodging in a great location!
Beautiful and comfortable staying at Serena Palace!
Room and bathroom with all amenities, soundproof windows, and a very comfortable bed.
Easy check-in and prompt responses from the owner.
Great location right next to the old city, kasba, lots of restaurants, and interesting art!

Excellent experience at the property. Clean and with attention to the smallest details, with a modern design and a stone's throw from the centre. Definitely recommend to friends. Convenient self check-in, easy parking in the area.. We'll be back soon.

It was a really nice surprise. A few steps from the Mazzara casbah, this structure has beautiful rooms, very elegant and complete with all comforts. I would have liked to be able to have breakfast inside but it is not a service available in the structure. However, within walking distance there are some excellent bars and, as a customer of the structure, I received a 20% discount. Super recommended!
