Hotel Hopps

Con mio marito e mio figlio, siamo stati ospiti dell'Hotel dal 29/04 al 01/05. Sono stati giorni piacevolissimi. La struttura è molto bella e ben curata. I servizi funzionano perfettamente e il personale è professionale e attento ad ogni esigenza. Posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare e dal centro storico. Anche il reparto cucina è apprezzabile. C'è sia la pizzeria che il ristorante e abbiamo mangiato bene. Una menzione speciale voglio fare alle due ragazze dell'Animazione Claudia e Marika. Due ragazze deliziose che, nonostante il tempo non sia stato clemente, hanno trovato il modo per coinvolgerci nei vari giochi aperitivo e momenti di svago. Con la loro simpatia e la loro energia si sono fatte amare da grandi e bambini. Torneremo sicuramente perché ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e coccolati. Linda Valerio&Mario ❤️

Ciao Sono appena tornata dall Hopps. Vorrei tornarci subito. Sono stata veramente bene... Gentilezza, pulizia, educazione da parte di tutti. Anche il direttore presente e pronto ad ascoltare. Animatori simpatici, preparati e mai invadenti... Pizzeria wow.... Veramente merita, anche i panini. Ristorante a buffet, tutto ottimo.Lo consiglio vivamente.. Buona vacanza😊. Spero di tornarci presto.

Holidays from August 6 to 13 The staff is nice, no problem. But: - The bedding is a disaster, they are slatted beds with a mattress as thin as cigarette paper. - the poor cleaning lady does her job with a broom. I'll explain how to collect the sand, it's great 👌🏻 - the classic restaurant: very, very redundant and very little variety in the desserts, it's yogurt or unripe plum - the so-called beach is non-existent, it's more of a mini discharge than anything else - 9€ a cocktail based on fleet - and then the noise after dark is unbearable, impossible to sleep properly. And no one cares despite numerous complaints from other customers.

Very professional staff on the other hand the bedding well we leave with a back pain flunch restaurant and nothing local. Pool well get up early to reserve your deckchair one on top of the other....well in short for me the vacation from hell in Sicily....never again....

We had a relatively good vacation. However: - I am disappointed with the "all inclusive". The meals are not very varied, and the bar only offers lemon, multifruit or tonic gin and rum, coke or pineapple. The rest is chargeable and so is the water at night. - The room was neither small nor large. Clean and pretty. The bathroom on the other hand was really small but we were lucky enough to have a balcony with a view of the swimming pool and the sea. The bedding was not great in terms of comfort, but on the other hand always clean (cleaning lady at top). What bothered me the most was the fact that we heard everything that was happening in the next rooms. As a result, I slept badly because I had a snoring neighbor. - The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and the staff is attentive. We really fell in love with the swimming pool which is very beautiful and large. However not cleaned well enough from my point of view. - Little entertainment but this was agreed upon when booking. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that we had a few. Such as aquagym, aperitif games or even evenings. - EXCURSION: We took the mini cruise excursion. Already a big thank you to Matteo who takes care of the excursions and who even helped for other reasons if we had a problem with the hotel. My partner and I loved the excursion. We were allowed to swim twice in two creeks. It was great. Then we visited the island of Favignana and Levanzo. The two are very different but each has its charm. The meal on the boat was simple but good (that's the main thing). To conclude. I had a good vacation but for me I was in a 3 star hotel and not 4. As a result, I am disappointed with the value for money.

I arrived at the Hopps Hotel yesterday and it has always been a guarantee for years now! Renovated and very good restaurant but what is noteworthy is the pizzeria with the exposed oven and an exquisite pizza!!! I recommend it and thanks to the new director every year we find new things that push us to come back!! Very kind and helpful staff!! Thanks for everything, see you next year!

Weekend with friends, we went to Hopps at the suggestion of friends and we were amazed! Thanks to the Director and the rest of the staff for their kindness. Beautiful pool and excellent restaurant! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart

Hotel no more than 2 stars. Room lousy bedding lousy Buffet lousy sick for 15 days The Sicilians arrive at the weekend impossible to sleep or go to the swimming pool The streets smell very bad. Nothing to do To avoid absolutely I will never return too disappointed by everything even the expensive and always full excursions Flee this place it's a nightmare
