Great location, not quiet at nights lots of loud music and vehicles into the night.
Bring your own everything all you get is a bath towel each and a bar of soap. We had to buys everything more towels and everything for the kitchen, tea towels, dish soap, sponge, spoons, paper towels. No cleaning products provided, will need cleaning products, get glass cleaner the windows inside are very dirty, a broom and mop. The mop provided was very old and falling apart. The walls and fridge was dirty as well. Just give the place a good wash down first.

LO PEOR - FATAL LA LIMPIEZA - Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que las sabanas y fundas de almohadas no estaban limpias, estaban usadas, sucias, restos de comida y cabellos. Simplemente tendieron las camas sin cambiar los juegos de sabanas, esto fue muy desagradable. En la recepcion fueron amables pero no pudieron resolver el problema pues el personal de limpieza ya se habia ido y tampoco tenian suficientes juegos de sabanas y almohadas limpios extra. Nos pudieron conseguir algunas sabanas y fundas limpias, las cuales nosotros mismos cambiamos pues ya no habia personal de limpieza.
LO MALO - En cuanto equipamiento les hace falta mucho. Les hacen falta vasos, platos, copas, saca-corchos, sartenes, cubiertos, tazas, cucharones y palas para cocinar, etc. Nosotros rentamos la de 3 recamaras (Capacidad para 8 personas) y solo habian 2 copas de vino, 3 vasos, 3 tazas, NADA estaba completo para 8 personas. Tampoco proporcionan jabon para trastes, asi que hay que hacerse el tiempo para ir al super a comprar este tipo de insumos de limpieza. Internet muy malo. Dificil acceso peatonal despues de 10 PM, hay que entrar por el sotano (estacionamiento). Dificil acceso y salida vehicular, el lector de la pluma no funciona bien. Ruido exterior.
LO BUENO - Las unidades estan bonitas, nuevas y bien amuebladas. Buen A/AC, TVs, muebles padres, terminados de buen gusto, unidades espaciosas, excelente ubicacion cerca del centro historico. Roof top muy padre con su alberca y buena vista.

We rented a studio that was supposed to sleep 4. The room had two pillows, two towels, and no bed sheets for the pull out sofa. When I asked front desk they were of little help at all. After a night of sleeping on a sofa bed with a cushion as a pillow and a towel for a blanket, we asked again. There were no more pillows in the entire facility was their answer!!! Regarding bedding, they said they would deliver us sheets and comforters, and after waiting for a long time, housekeeping was only able to provide bedsheets! No comforter or blanket. As for the towels, I finally ended up going to a local store and buying a few cheap beach towels.
The shame of it is that the hotel itself is in great shape and in a good location. Close to the beach and so many restaurants.
