The parkade is extremely tight. Scratched our car getting out of it. Would not recommend using the parkade unless you have a small car.

The hotel was quiet and convenient even during our unplanned Carnival stay. Good rates, clean well maintained property. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful, handling a booking issue (we extended the wrong date) with professionalism.

The service from front desk, maids, and wait staff was excellent. The variety of breakfast items was disappointing. The gym was horrible.The jacuzzi wasn't nearly hot enough. Only one channel was in english. Sports channel variety was great.

They could work on their hot water issues ! Windy at the reception desk is very, very friendly and very knowledgeable. The general manager is also very friendly.

The hotel was under remodeling and took a long time to complete my check in, then when I walked in the room there were people working by the window outside.
Also the water at the jacuzzi was cold, definitely needs a lot more maintenance this installation.
