Ruffo mi mesero increíble y súper amable . Aún no esta terminado el hotel completo pero es muy buena opción para descansar el menú del oceana durante el lunch delicioso pero en la noche si le fallaron. Pero de todo lo demas muy rico. El restaurante italiano delicios

Contenta de mi estancia en este hotel, en el restaurante Oceana el gerente y todo el equipos fueron espectaculares y muy amables con el servicio. En el área de la alberca Ruffo y Enrique siempre estuvieron atentos a lo que necesitábamos con la mejor actitud siempre.

Hola! Les comparto mi experiencia en este hotel nuevo. El check in fué lento, el hotel no esta terminado por lo que hay trabajadores por todos lados, mucho ruido de construcción y polvo y suciedad por todas partes. En mi cuarto había una filtración de agua que nunca arreglaron, la cafetera no funcionaba, el room service era muy tardado y de limpieza lo único que hicieron fue “tender la cama” todos los días y siempre después de las 4 pm. La comida es muy rica pero hay muy poca variedad y no tenían suficiente, se acababa. La playa sucia y con poca vista dese los camastros. Sinceramente, lo pensaría dos veces antes de regresar ya que no es nada barato.

Ruffo was great and very attentive at the pool! The vibe and atmosphere overall was great and the rooms are super nice! All of the restaurants have great food and amazing service as well. We never felt like we needed to ask for anything! Thank you dreams!!

El hotel en general es nuevo y muy bonito, vemos que ahí muchas áreas que no están terminadas al cien % pero muy contentos con el trato de todo el personal muy serviciales, el área de la alberca muy amplias y bonitas ya tenemos dos días, queremos agradecer plenamente a Josué en la alberca estamos muy contentos con todas sus atenciones. y mencionar que los mariscos en Oceana emos ido a medio día y está muy rico todo. Tienen una excelente barra de mariscos aguachiles 10 de 10. Mencionar que no se puede estar dentro de el mar por que es mar abierto pero de ahí en fuera todo está muy bonito y a sido muy placentera nuestra estancia en el hotel

Holaaaa!! Comentar que es nuestra segunda ves en este dreams. Vemos mucha mejoría de la primera vez que estuvimos, a Aora, todo está más organizado el hotel es nueva apertura y se entiende pero muy bien al que organiza a todo el personal en el hotel; la comida riquísima en todo el hotel. Agradecemos todos los detalles que a tenido con su servicio el mesero Josué en la alberca con nuestra familia siempre al pendiente. Habitaciones, instalaciones, muy bonitas.

We enjoyed getting to know Juan, one of the activities staff members, on our most recent visit to the resort and spa. Juan's passion and commitment significantly improved our stay. It was easy to see that Juan had a lively personality and was genuinely passionate about his profession. Fabiola was one of the staff members we met at the activities. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure visitors were involved and had a good time. Juan's contribution to the resort's activities program was invaluable. His passion for sports, engaging personality, and attentive service made him a standout member of the staff. de los meseros en general nos gustó el servicio , me gustaría felicitar al restaurante Oceana en el lunch todo perfecto la comida excelente y el trato de lujo. Quiero felicitar a Josué en la alberca nos atendió en prefereed su servicio es excelente si van pregunten por él en la alberca, los tacos de cordero deliciosos y las bebidas de lujo, y las habitaciones nuevas amplias muy hermosas estamos encantados en el hotel se los recomendamos plenamente.
