fue demasiado estricto el horario para ocupar la habitación, avise mediante un correo que llegamos desde las 6.30 de la mañana no me contestaron y cuando llegamos y solo nos permitieron esperar dentro del lobby hasta las 15.00 hr. hora de Mazatlán en cdmx es una hora mas. mi opinión es considerar esto ya que somos adultos mayores.

No había agua caliente en el hotel , no me limpiaron el cuarto 1 día , los guardias de seguridad mal , te prohibían bolsas o hieleras en los camastros de la alberca sea del material que sea , te vendían vidrio te lo cobraban y después te lo quitaban por qué no se podía usar y ya te lo habían cobrado , ni hielo te dejaban tener en la alberca

La experiencia en el hotel se arruina con tantos descuidos de higiene y la falta de atención de parte de los trabajadores de limpieza, aunque los demás trabajadores tienen una buena atención, pero falta mucha atención por parte de la higiene de todos a todo!!

En general todo fue bastante bien en el hotel, solo la parte del A.C. Donde sí veo áreas de oportunidad, realmente hacía calor y no podíamos bajar la temperatura, pero de ahí en más… todo genial con el hotel

Un buen trato de personal, habitaciones limpias, piscina limpia agradable, aun le falta para estar a la par de los otros hoteles de la misma cadena como el de Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, etc. Solo agregaría que por la noche esta muy Solo de personal

This is an older hotel that obviously needs some work. They are working on it! It’s a distance from the Gold zone but nice and quiet. Bus stop directly in front of our hotel. The staff is amazing. Front desk Paola and Elsie were above and beyond. Pool servers were great 👍🏼 nice breakfast in the restaurant and within walking distance to other great eats.
