El hotel es bonito pero el servicio está lleno de NO SÉ PUEDE. Lamentablemente les falta mucho el servicio al cliente. No toallas, horarios de alimentos de la alberca y servicios de restaurante. Es impresionante como estos lugares donde el servicio debe ser prioridad sea más importante su operación que un cliente contento. Un ejemplo tan sencillo Como llegar y ni siquiera te reciban con agua en la habitación y si pides al cuarto es un cobro adicional de 4 dólares cuando se supone que es un all inclusive . Mucho que mejorar en cuanto a servicio. Viernes a descansar y terminas estresado con tantos no se pueden.

Alfonso tostado y Alejandro gallardo fueron excelentes anfitriones, servicio inigualable. Nos recibieron muy bonito y nos atendieron con mucha calidéz, sin importancia que hubieron muchas gente , se toman el tiempo para darle servicio de calidad a cada uno de los comensales. De 10!! Felicidades.

El restaurante Angelos ofrece un servicio excepcional que hace sentir a los comensales como en casa. Desde el momento de la llegada, el personal es atento y cordial, asegurando una experiencia gastronómica sin igual. La comida es simplemente espectacular; los platos están elaborados con ingredientes frescos y de alta calidad, destacando el sabor y la autenticidad de la cocina italiana. Los postres son una obra maestra por sí mismos, con el tiramisú y la panna cotta robándose el espectáculo. Recomiendo Angelos a cualquier amante de la buena comida que busque una experiencia culinaria memorable. Fue un excelente servicio por parte de Alfonso Tostado y Alejandro Gallardo.

Mi visita fue al restorán angelos, todo excelente calidad y servicio, lo recomiendo, desde las bebidas y la comida, bonito detalle estar al tanto los meseros, en todo momento, las estradas excelentes, los platos fuertes muy buena proporción para comer todos los tiempos!!!
