Although the facilities are a bit old, it is understandable considering its history of more than 80 years. Almost perfect location: walking distance from the main attractions in the old town, with unparalleled sea views. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not rich, but the dining environment is very comfortable. If I have to mention one flaw, the music on the street in front of the hotel is too loud on weekend nights.

pro - nice place, nice room, wonderful service, very helpful staff
con - dreadful parking, got a deep scrape on fender we didn't notice til hours after leaving, tiny parking facility very hard to find, give keys to valet to shift vehicles around, probably safer to search out street parking; bathroom (508) window won't close, broken hinge; free buffet breakfast in small crowded area in main lobby, line was too long to enjoy it.

We went during carnival time. The truth is, the view is excellent, the trea**ent fantastic, especially from the waiters at breakfast. Alexis in particular was always attentive. Breakfast somewhat basic, but good. The room was huge.

The hotel is very comfortable, the location is unbeatable, the check-in and check-out process is super fast. The breakfast buffet that is included is simply good. It has fruit, two or 3 stews, and that's it, which is appreciated, but after 2 days you no longer want to hear about it. Being an old hotel, the rooms do not have plugs near the bed, what's more, not even where they put the coffee maker has a plug, so you have to leave your cell phone hanging on the opposite wall to charge it, because there is no furniture or anything... But that is the only item we didn't like, the rest was very good, so we will definitely return.
