I had to go down to the reception 3 times, there was no toilet paper, and no towel, and I had better wait for them to give it to me, and if they lack too much maintenance, and are very dirty, the room needed a lot of cleaning, The bathroom door didn't even close, the latch to close the room didn't work, the internet doesn't work and you don't get the signal either, the sheets on the bed looked dirty, and the pressure in the bathroom shower wasn't much. It was cut off, and I was not the only one at reception complaining about the same thing, there were several rooms, it is not worth it even though its view of the sea is very nice

I made my reservation and then I saw the terrible comments about this hotel. I was about to cancel and look for another option but in the end "we raffled off" (don't let anyone tell us). And honestly it will not be the newest hotel, it does need maintenance but our 2 night stay was very good. Excellent service ⭐️. The staff is super attentive and friendly.

el hotel está muy descuidado, hace falta mucho azulejo en los pisos del lobby y entrada a playa, los camastros de la playa la mayoría están rotos igual las mesitas que son de plástico, hace falta pintura y muchas reparaciones, los colchones no están tan mal les doy un 7, las almohadas les doy un 7 el balcon con vista al mar un 10 es seguro para los niños, lo demás está muy bien, pase 3 noches y 4 días

Es un pésimo hotel, muy viejo, sale el olor de las coladeras, huele a humedad, hay cucarachas, tienes que ir a pedir las toallas para bañarte porque no hay en la habitación. El elevador truena y rechina parece qe se va a caer. En mi reservación me dijeron que incluía el desayuno y al último no me lo hicieron valido. Y lo peor de todo, estuve batallando casi una semana para que me hicieran mi factura.
