Jafet, mesero de alberca excelente atención 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. Muy limpio, la comida muy buena. Musica a buen volumen, todo muy recomendable. Sin duda regresamos. Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. La temperatura del agua en alberca excelente

Hice un viaje familiar, durante mi estadía el servicio por parte de meseros fue pésimo a excepción de Carlos Hernández y Juan Flores, la última noche la cena fue desagradable ya que los platillos tardaron mucho en ser servidos a tal punto de que nos negaran bebidas por el horario sin ser nuestra culpa (cabe aclarar que pague el todo incluido) me sentí apenada con mi familia porque fueron mis invitados y se llevaron la peor experiencia en comparación con otros hoteles. En cuanto a instalaciones son muy cómodas y limpias.

Fue una experiencia muy bonita, tiene un servicio muy bueno La vista al mar es muy buena, el servicio buffet es muy bueno ya que hay un buen de variedad de comidas y muy limpio, muy rico Es un hotel muy grande y bonito con un buen de áreas para descansar

Librado at Papa***o Restaurant is an excellent waiter. Very attentive . Super nice. The Inn at Mazatlan has made many changes, we love the old Mexico style and they have updated to a more modern decor. We still love coming to Mazatlan ❤️ We have been coming here since year 2000.

Todo excelente muy agosto, muy higiénico, rica comida, atención excelente.. la pasamos en familia de maravilla el área del alberca me encanto con su agua térmica y aparte lo que me gusta que lo dejamos estar a uno en la noche conviviendo en el área de la alberca o en la orilla del mar ...
