The hospitality is the best! It feels like the next best place to being at home. The rooms are comfortable and the facility is always clean and well maintained. The food at the resort is excellent, as is the service. We have been visiting The Inn at Mazatlan for 7 years now. It is our favorite vacation get away.

Excelente atención de los chicos de actividades , Sahaira te hace pasar una tarde muy divertida y entretenida para toda la familia, siempre que llegamos nos sentimos como en casa por cómo nos reciben , el bingo y poker si son adultos es muy entretenido y te ganas una bebida para el día 😉

Stay away!! On several occasions the hotel forgot they were a hotel, and began loud maintenance, bagging on sewage pipes, and using loud tools at 6am. The property is extremely dated and the staff make you feel welcomed by slapping a wrist band on you at check in, and threaten to charge you if you don’t turn in your room keys! Horrible!
