I expected better conditions after knowing that Marriot got this hotels. Not a lotnof changes but still good. Onky thing: very expensive price for a room, maybe because is Mazatlan in a weekend

Buena ubicación, limpieza y trato amable del personal. Excelente que ofrezcan desayuno incluido. Sales del hotel listo para hacer los trámites que vayas a hacer sin tener necesidad de hacer una parada a desayunar.

La recepcionista ofrecen un mal servicio de mal genio. No entiende bien y tardaron en darme el cuarto. El desayuno que ofrecen es malo para el precio que paga… siempre es el mismo menu..

Sobre el hotel todo bien buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones, el desayuno estaba rico. Lo que tienen que modificar es el término del check-in ya que dice hasta media noche y llegué 10:45 y decía que mi reservación estaba cancelada y fue un problema. Al final la chica de recepción lo solucionó y siempre fue muy amable
