Buena ubicación, solo que no está a pie de playa. Lo que no me gusto fue que pague mediante la aplicación y según ya estaba pagado todo, y llegando al hotel me dijeron que tenía que pagar 500 más

Esta muy Agusto tranquilo el personal muy atento , nos resolvieron con un cóctel , los chicos de actividades muy atentos al momento de explicarnos cómo funciona el paquete todo incluido , Rafael nos explico cómo ir a cada restaurante de especialidad y como reservarlo , está noche cenaremos en el de comida mexicana y mañana asisterimos al japonés ah sido una gran experiencia hasta el momento

La entrada al hotel fue rápido, y muy dinámico, y más que nada fue muy práctico, y me encantó ya que el hotel se me muy grande y tiene muchas cosas que ofrece y tiene algunas actividades que puedes hacer en familia y disfrutar mucho y las vistas son maravillosas

Hasta el momento todo bien, fue rápido y eficaz, la verdad todo bien, nuestras habitaciones estuvieras listas y muy muy comodas limpias, todo ha sido bueno excelente la verdad es un buen hotel, la vez pasada venimos hace años y estuvo masomenos era otro hotel, pero este es muy bueno.

la recepcion muy buena la atencion de las personas muy amables aun no nos entregan habitacion es lo unico malo pero la informacion que nos brindan los chicos de azul es muy buena estan al pendientes de nuestras dudas y nos orientan de a donde ir o como funcionan las cosas en el hotel
