Las actividades de Santiago muy divertidas haciendo la alberca muy amena también una vista increíble al amanecer con respecto a la isla que tenemos enfrente unos atardeceres bellísimos a los cuales terminamos muy enamorados además con respecto al hotel la comida deliciosa y las albercas siempre climatizada voy a volver gusto

Great location with some really good restaurants near by. Overall staff was great. Poula at the desk was lovely. My Spanish could definitely be better but I feel that some English by staff could also be better I tried to look after the staff daily with gratuity because I know that’s how they make a living. I did have a garment go missing from my room and nothing was done about it. Disappointed 😢

Excelentes instalaciones y atención de los empleados y animación (Santiago, muy buena atencion y animacion! Felicidades!!!) muy buena experiencia para mis hijos y en general toda mi familia!! Muy biena vista desde la alberca del hotel la playa y la isla pájaros 🥰🥰

La alberca muy bonita y caliente, las actividades con Santiago muy entretenidas la vista hacia la isla de pájaros es inolvidable, los amaneceres y atardeceres impactantes la comida muy rica y las habitaciones espaciosas volveremos felices como cada año

Primeramente empezamos bien con el animador Santiago, muy buena actitud y servicio. Por parte del hotel la alberca muy limpia y el agua templada. Muy buena experiencia estar en el luna palace. Los snacks muy ricos y a un precio asequible. Los invitamos visitar este lindo hotel
