Los muchachos José Ramón y Jorge Velarde que están en el área de la alberca para adultos, fueron muy amables, atentos y sobre todo éticos y profesionales. Por personas como ellos es que dan ganas de seguir vacacionando en este tipo de hoteles. Mi agradecimiento hacia ellos por ser tan excelentes personas y unos trabajadores ejemplares. La estancia en el hotel fue muy placentera, enel área de la alberca de adultos José Ramón y Jorge Velarde quienes son los que atienden son excelentes en su trabajo, súper atentos,amables y éticos. Es placentero pasar aquí unos días de descanso.

This is our second trip to the PB Emerald Bay resort and we will come again as the service and people are absolutely incredible. We sit by the pool for hours each day and enjoy the activities. We always look for Jose Luis because he is fun, professional and constantly keeping us top of mind. He learns your daily pattern and is at your side throughout the day. We enjoy both the Bistro and Le Cordeliere - especially Adrianna who makes the best omelette at the omelette bar. Damian and Dario will always greet you in the morning with a huge smile and any juice you can imagine or what seems like the smoothest coffee you have ever sipped. Claudio can be counted on for great service and good laughter.

truly gorgeous buildings, lush green gardens, private beach, attentive staff. The beauty of the buildings was stunning ...a classic Mediterranean look. The beach is private, so no little seller people. But the staff served lunch or snacks on the beach. Great gym with daily classes. I've already booked my return visit

Excelente servicio y alimentos, es una experiencia hermosa con sus comodidades, el servicio en el bistro del mesero girberto excelente, recomendado sin duda. Cuartos cómodos, las albercas y el servicio en albercas también excelente y poder estar en las albercas con actividades y disfrutar en familia.

The spa and gym are wonderful! Try the Stretch class with Heriberto — beneficial and great for couples! We enjoyed it so much that we signed up for a 2nd class. I was so relaxed afterwards and my husband and friends were surprised at how much better they felt afterwards.
