Personal amable en cuartos amplios. Instalaciones ya antiguas pero bien cuidadas. Alberca climatizada agradable sobre todo para los niños que la pasaron muy bien. Servicio de llegada y front desk muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Regresaremos en nuestra siguiente visita a Mazatlán

Except food in Japanese restaurant, all others were excellent and huge portions. Philadelphia cream cheese in sushi rolls don't work for us. Daniel and Luis are the best waiters. Vanese, the lady does the eggs and omellete, worked hard every morning and with a smile. Carmen and Ana took good care of us. We attended "the leisure club" presentation, but found the presenter was kind of rude. He walked in the room and never introduced himself to us or made eye contact with us. There were only 3 of us. We overheard his name when he introduced himself to the other attendee. The presentation was supposed to be an hour and it lasted more than 90 mins. The other attendee left after 55 mins. But that didn't ruin our stay in El Cid. We shall be back.

Me gusta mucho el hotel en general, la comida está deliciosa, las personas son muy amables. Los huéspedes son muy amables entre sí y eso también es algo muy agradable en el hotel

Es un hotel excepcional, las instalaciones son fantásticas y limpias. Nos gustó mucho el servicio, la calidad de las personas, la atención de todo el personal, el ambiente, tranquilo, relajado, seguro y muy limpio. En general estamos muy agradecidos con toda la atención.

Vimos las recomendaciones y no nos equivocamos con éste hotel, con una palabra se puede describir... EXTRAORDINARIO, desde que llegamos recibimos un trato cordial, atento y muy amable por parte del personal de estacionamiento, ya en mostrador, nos atendió Carlos, una excelente persona, nos explicó sobre las amenidades y con todo lo que se podía hacer en el hotel, el hotel en sí es enorme porqué el complejo está conformado por varios hoteles sin embargo vale la pena cada peso que pagas en éste lugar, de tan grande que es, te llevan en carrito de golf hasta tu habitación, quizá lo único a resaltar es que valdría la pena darle una renovada a las habitaciones, con respecto a los blancos, almohadas y camas super cómodas, te ofrecen una cocinita con refrigerador, utensilios de cocina, vajilla, cubiertos, cafetera y ciertamente creo que nadie las ocupa, ha decir del restaurante, hay que destacar que debes hacer las reservaciones ya que rápido se satura, ciertamente a nosotros nos tocó estar en "La Terraza" aquí felicitaría a Antonio que fue nuestro mesero y quien nos atendió durante prácticamente los dos días, es un tipazo!! Ojalá le puedan hacer saber que nos trajimos un grato recuerdo de él, los alimentos son buenos salvo el buffet que aunque es variado habría que hacer algunos pequeños ajustes para que fuera excelente, de ahí en fuera creo que no hay nada que discutir, nos la pasamos muy bien, esperamos regresar pronto, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, en esta opinión solo refiero a dos personas que fueron las que mejor impresión nos dieron sin embargo, creo oportuno decir que hay que felicitar a todo el personal ya que juntos logran que uno se sienta como en casa por tantas y tantas buenas atenciones.

There are 3 nightclubs/after hours clubs near El CID Marina-which means they open late on the weekends and stay open late. If you are in building D or any other buildings closer to the ocean you will hear the nightclubs on the weekend. That is a given. Bring earplugs. The cleaning staff were lovely and friendly-their hours for cleaning the room were super random so be forewarned. We were often gone for the day and would come back in the late afternoon to find the cleaning staff either still in our room or the room had not been started yet. The front end staff (bellboys and front desk staff) in the entrance area were not friendly at all. Out of the two weeks we stayed there we were greeted upon our return to the resort exactly once. Out of probably 3 to 5 outings per day for 14 days. If you have not opted in to the all inclusive you will probably have at least one server tell you that you need to pay cash for either a meal or a drink at one of the bar areas. This place is cashless-set up a credit with the front desk and don’t hand over any cash. The resort is apparently the nicest of the El CID resorts but is in need of updating/refurbishment. It is also a very long way from the Malecon and Centro so if that is the area you are interested in you will either be spending money on Uber and taxis or taking some extremely long walks.
