El personal es muy grosero , el cuarto solo tiene un foco el cual es muy tenue , no te dan mas que dos toallas , no se puede descansar por que se escucha mucho ruido de los demás hoteles , no volvería a ir nunca a ese hotel , el personal del turno matutino es muy grosero ni siquiera existe un lugar donde guardar maletas en caso de que se ocupe pésimo servicio y no vi si había restaurante o no ya que en cuanto vi la calidad del hotel pase esa noche y mejor rente en otro lugar

Fatal, la peor experiencia, no sirve el aire, ni la televisión, no sale agua caliente, el peor servicio y atención a clientes, desde el check-in la recepción estaba sola, increíble pero cierto, dos horas para poder hacer check-in, llegamos de noche y la señora de la noche llegó súper tarde a su turno, no respetaron mi reservación y me cobraron más, la empleada del turno de la tarde súper malacarienta, grocera y prepotente, no de dejen llevar por el precio, pasarán muy mala experiencia en este hotel, ví un par de chinches, no dejaron toallas en la habitación y no me las proporcionaron nunca, la chapa de la puerta no servía, tampoco el depósito del baño, jamás regresaría a ese hotel, es el peor que eh visitado!!
