Para comenzar llegamos y la suit estaba siendo ocupada en lavanderia y con el carro de limpieza en la
Puerta. Mesa rota, que no habia camastros, la piscina con agua verde, hice peticion de que se cambiara la mesa y lo negaron, pedi reembolso ya que no es lo que pague y se negaron. Me fui en menos de 1 hora a otro hotel. Ofrecen ver tortugas pero que habia solo 2, que el gimnasio no estaba en funcionamiento. Pesomo servicio

The bed was extremely hard! The couches were also very old and uncomfortable. The staff was great, but the condos were very far from the restaraunts and city sites so we spent alot of time waiting for transportation.The pool and grounds were beautiful.

This is my favorite resort in Mazatlan. I come here 4-6 times a year. This time, I was placed in a condo that was being repainted on the exterrior. Every morning around 8 am they started chipping and scraping on the walls on both sides of my room. There were several empty condos not being repainted and management should have been more aware of maintenance activities.
Also, there is a serious safety issue with the pool umbrellas by the condos. There is no way to secure the umbrella pole into the weighted base. My mother was struck in the face by an airborne umbrella and had to be taken to the hospital, ruining our stay. I talked with the manager about this safety concern which could be..AND SHOULD HAVE..been addressed with an easy fix. Again, I want to say the resort is beautiful, the food is excellent and the beach is fantastic !
