Tv in room did not work, towers provided were tatty, worn and they stank. Food from restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was not good. We only did one night as part of a school tour but would not recommend this for a longer stay unless desperate

Unfortunately, the place is not well maintained, food is below par and service is almost nonexistent. Basic things like taps are loose and the bathrooms smelled of something awful. They used to be a very good value for money offering, management has let the place go backwards.

Our expectations were quite high, as we already stayed at the lodge before. This time we didn't had the best experience. From the quality of the room, no water pressure, no hot water in the shower, The breakfast was also disapointing has we were expecting the samo variety and quality that it was offered before covid. I realy hope that you can imporve your quality because you have an outstandid location and your service staff are very friendly and helpfull

A fuir ! Arrivé à 17h00, nous n'avons eu de l'électricité dans nos chambres qu'à 19h00.Repas servi froid, riz cuit dans de l'eau non salée. Pas assez de couteaux et fourchettes pour tout le monde. Obligé d'allumer nos portables pour voir ce qu'il y avait dans nos assiettes. Chambre très petite et sombre, pas d'eau chaude pour la douche obligé de la prendre dans la chambre voisine, télévision sans antenne, en plus un groupe de sud africain ont fait beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit. Nous n'avons pas pu dormir. Le lendemain matin le petit déjeuner n'était même pas prêt et les tables degeulasses avec de la nourriture de la veille. Un hotel catastrophique et en plus qui ne prend en compte les demandes client. Inadmissible

The stay in room 48 was all good except for 3 things. 1. Aircon was broken 2. The tv channels where all bad with signal and could not watch tv 3. The package inculded Wifi but there was no Wifi at all.

No WiFi and No working Dstv especially advertised online. Poor natural light in room 79, noisy wedding party not suitable for babies, but it was okay

The day after we got there our neighbors woke up so early and their car was pumping music nonstop I eventually called the Reception after 2 hours was told that they would send Securities into the place. Was so disappointed that there is no wi fi coverage in the rooms even in the Restaurant area you must sit in a certain area, that for me was a no no my kids wanted us to move out immediately we realize that we were screwed. The day before I checked out same thing happened, my neighbors played their Radio like they were in a Party. Like I mean, are there no rules in that place? People are there to rest and not being woken up by the inconsiderate people.
