Very nice clean stylish hotel, ideal location especially if you need to go to the bus station. I liked almost everything. It is clear that the management of the hotel is approached with love and great attention.
The downside is that upon check-out, instead of returning the $25 deposit, on the contrary, they deducted an additional $65. After a letter to the support service they fixed it, but there was still a residue.

The hotel was wonderful, and satisfied all of our needs for our stay. The front dest was having some technical issues, but the hostess was able to accommodate us, without too much interference. The self-closing doors needed their hydrolics checked, and the room AC condensation dripped from the vent, but there was nothing insufferable, and what few inconveniences were handled well.
