The carpet had a puddle of water from a leak. Soaked all my feet in it in the morning and got sick from that. I took pictures of it. Also had left my Roku device in the room and I never got back the remote for it.

I like the location and the view of McAllen Country Club from north facing rooms. The gym is nice enough and there is a bar. The only real negative is the walls feel a bit thin and make the hallway noise come right through.

The staff is friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, if you need to use one of the two outlets available outside of the hotel accessible to the parking lot- the one nearest the restaurant isn’t grounded properly (still works for most things) and the one on the opposite side near the side entrance/pool gate has no power at all. The new AC units also work amazingly. It was a great upgrade the hotel is doing for their guests.

El desayuno está súper rico! Mucha variedad huevos naturales, con chorizo, tocino, papitas, frijoles, salsita. El día que fuimos había barbacoa y estaba espectacularmente rica. Tiene muchas opciones saludables también, avena, fruta, jugos. Sin duda el mejor desayuno de hoteles que me he quedado. Las habitaciones también están muy bien, cumplen con lo básico/indispensable para tu estadía, amplias y limpias. El personal muy muy amable, en el bar por la noche las bebidas estaban muy bien hechas, y las chicas muy amables.

Nice staff. Clean rooms. The breakfast is not kid friendly. Not a pancake nor waffle maker in sight. No bagels or cream cheese… just cereal and a single unappetizing pastry. This definitely makes it a no go in the future if traveling with kids. As an adult I appreciated the nice selection of meat. Very tender and tasty barbacoa and carnitas. Love that they kept the onions and cilantro separate. Also, not self serve. I’m not a fan of someone scooping for me. I don’t want all the gristle or the scoop with no cheese.

Great experience, just the beds are TOO high, like you have to jump to get into bed. One member of my family has a walking disability and it was an issue. The hotel personal was very accommodating and find a solution with a stool, but they don't have a disable "friendly" room. Other than that l, great hotel.

The banquet room was perfect for our band Ache de Barrio’s band rehearsal. We have rehe****d numerous times in the Bluebonnet banquet hall and it is spacious, clean, and has numerous outlets. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend the Radisson banquet halls for your event.
