El hotel necesita mantenimiento, hay manchas en el cuarto y no salía agua caliente. El personal de front desk es amable pero no resuelve problemas. No había suficientes almohadas, colchas, toallas ni jabón en el cuarto para la cantidad de personas que nos hospedamos. Al pedir mas nos dijeron que solo nos podían dar toallas y jabón, ya que todo lo demás lo guarda el departamento de housekeeping y ya se habían ido (esto fue a las 7 pm).

We stayed 2 nights and barely had signal so we could not watch tv, and when we rest we like to watch tv and also we could not use the computer enough because of the signal, we complain but they Say it was the signal.
