The toilet did not flush properly, and the shower water flow was low which made my shower time longer. Also breakfast needs variety no choice on what to eat.

Hotel cómodo, limpio, servicio de personal muy bueno, desayuno regular. Excelente ubicación con precio accesible. Lugar para pasar un fin de semana con familia y amigos y hacer negocios. Cerca de tiendas de conveniencia y centros comerciles.

Este hotel ha bajado mucho su calidad el desayuno es pésimo horrible huevo de polvo mal elaborado , y el resto de productos como papas o pan francés etc. como que los hacen en microondas las charolas donde los preservan están heladas, aparte de la mala preparación están fríos. También ofrecen en su pagina oficial merienda ligera de lunes a jueves 17:00 a 19:00 hrs, lo cual es mentira , si no la manejan deberían retirarla de su pagina ya que es un engaño. Las instalaciones donde se ofrece el desayuno tienen adornos en pared y candiles llenos de polvo y telarañas, y no sacan la basura del cuarto, yo lo solicite ya que el bote de basura estaba lleno y me dijeron que no tenían personal que esperara hasta el día siguiente, igualmente la tele no funcionaba y mandaron a la única persona que por la tarde esta en el hotel y cubre todas las funciones es imposible que un hotel que se ostenta como de los mejores en mc Allen solo tenga un trabajador para todo en la habitación no ponían jabón y papel suficiente . En recepción el personal con mala actitud, no son bilingües, y no desean entenderte si hablas español, cuando pregunte acerca de la merienda se rieron y dijeron que no había nada a pesar de que les mostré su pagina oficial . Por esas cosas que menciono debería poner atención la administración ya que deja mucho que desear
