We went for a wedding and the Chris**as holiday and it was absolutely amazing. We got a beautiful view of the South Pole holiday attraction, the happy hour was on point the food was delicious breakfast was custom and complimentary and dinner was excellent and affordable. We tried a little bit of all the food they offered and not one disappointed! The service was super friendly and would greet you in the halls. We had to order a few things and they came quickly the space and the cleanliness was phenomenal. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Valley again. It was well worth it and just takes you to another place where you're taken care of.

Our last 2 stays, the first night everything was good, the second day terribly bad. They do not clean the room. I report it to the front desk but they only tell me that the staff has already left. They can only help me by giving me clean towels. Very bad service, they don't even look you in the eye and leave you waiting.

They canceled my reservation without notice. I arrived at the hotel at 9 pm to check in and they told me that they had canceled my reservation. That I must have arrived before 6 pm. I selected to pay directly at the hotel when booking and this had never happened to me, even arriving late to other hotels.
