🌲 Massanutten Resort: Quiet Comfort, Big Sales Trap Massanutten Resort is a quiet, well-located spot that is genuinely good for families. However, be warned: The "free buffet breakfast for a survey" is a deceptive timeshare sales pitch. This presentation trapped us for at least three hours, completely wasting a significant portion of our vacation time that we could have used for resort activities. **Verdict:** Great location and setting, but the aggressive sales tactics are a serious drawback. Avoid the "free breakfast."

our unit was pretty large and in good condition. However we had a few issues AC in downstairs unit was not working for the first 2 days they finally sent someone who know what tthey were doing and fixed it the TVS in bedrooms were aufull and the cable went out and was not fixed all week as well as internet we never use any of the pools due to our age so TV and Internet is the only thing we use and to pay $126 in resort fees and having nothing work was dissapointing

We had a great stay! Owned since 2003 but never truly stayed until 08/2026. Had good time with family at Go-Karts, Mini-Golf, Horse Stables, Pool, etc.

Massanutten Regal Vista condos were beautiful. They supply everything you need for a stay that makes you feel at home. I took a walk a few mornings and the view was perfect. A lot of hills if you really want a burn. The pool was nice as well and a close walk .

Me and my husband was celebrating our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, we only stayed two days out of the seven days stay. The master bed mattress was terrible and uncomfortable and cause my husband to get back pain and was unable to get any sleep. Then he tried the sleep sofa and that had the same issue causing both of us back pain. We were miserable and we just couldn't stay their. The sleeping situations caused our anniversary get away to be miserable and disappointed.

We were there in August from Sunday to Friday. When we tried to do the mountain coaster, zip line, ropes course we were told the did not have the staff to open them. The water park was closed Wednesday and Thursday. The main pool was closed Thursday and the other pool wanted to charge me $10 the enter. I would not recommend staying here.

Condo was great. 2 pullout sofas was an added bonus so kids each got their own bed. Very disappointed that they consider the 3rd week of August offseason. We had no idea so much would be closed or have shorten hours. Waterpark charged same price and only open 3-8. All pools and rec center closed on TH. Restaurants closed on Mon & Tues. Adventure park closed M-F. Due to the lack of things to do, we cut our trip short, only stayed Sun- Weds instead of Sun to Sun

Plan early for the events! The place was very clean. They will give you a map of the area and also special events. The gift shops are nice and have a nice selection.
