You'll find 4 bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed & private ensuite bathroom. The next 2 bedrooms on this floor have 1 king bed in each, as well. The fourth bedroom on this floor has two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) with gorgeous views of the woods! Downstairs, the fifth bedroom has one queen bed & also a private ensuite bathroom. The sixth bedroom has two queen beds. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ This home has 3 full bathrooms. The upstairs master ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and shower/tub combo. Right down the hall, the second bathroom has 1 sink, a toilet, and shower/tub combo. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal. COMMUNITY RULES - PLEASE READ THIS 1. QUIET HOURS: 10 PM – 7AM every day. 2. TRASH – Picked up every Monday, even on holidays (except Christmas). All refuse receptacles MUST be removed from the street by 8PM Monday evenings. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The home was incredibly clean, welcoming, and perfect for both our family and our dogs. There were so many activities to keep everyone entertained—the kids especially loved the movie theater and game room!The location was great, just a short drive to Massanutten Resort and the water park, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and grill, which made family dinners so convenient. After long days exploring with the kids, relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind.Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were even able to accommodate an early check-in, which worked out perfectly because we arrived just as the house was ready.Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, family-friendly, and pet-friendly getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

I loved this home so much that I booked it again for a second group of my mentees—nine girls in total—and they had an amazing time. There's so much to do in the house, and everything is beautiful and impeccably maintained. You won't be disappointed if you book this property.
