Slept very badly, room for 4 people much too small

Very warm welcome, very very comfortable bed. Surprisingly calm despite the proximity of major roads.

Everything ok, I just didn't like the breakfast, it's not worth it! I recommend booking without breakfast.

This is the 3rd time I've been to this hotel. The other years it was correct. But this is the pompom. There is an automatic reception terminal which has not been there in other years. So as usual, I head towards the door. Impossible to open normally. The receptionist comes to see me and tells me that I am going to break the door and that there is an automatic terminal. That day wind and rain. So we go to the terminal because we had reserved two rooms. Nothing works. So I return to the host's door. I knock for the reception staff to open the door. I explain my problem to him. He tells me you want me to accompany you to explain how it works. Of course I said yes. Arriving at the machine, same problem. I don't understand, he tells me. We're going to go to the interior reception. He finds both reservations. We go up to our rooms. Ours is fine, but my mother-in-law's VMC from the bathroom was in the shower tray. So I went back to reception to report the problem. This is not possible I checked everything at 2 p.m. He finally decides to come and he sees the problem clearly. He explains to me when he changes the VMC filters. In short, I tell him you do the cleaning and then the craftsmen come and change the filters. It is a sign of ownership. This one tells me that it is my very character to never be happy!!! It's very chocolatey. We were given a new room so someone had made these needs and had not removed the bag. I didn't say anything, I'm in the business. I always leave with disinfectant wipes. So I cleaned... I'll let you judge for yourself.
