The payment amount for this booking has been debited twice. Once from Trip.com and once from the hotel directly on site.
So, beware of this hotel. They like to collect twice and then act as if nothing happened.

A very pleasant hotel! Very nicely located right in the center of Mechelen. There is an underground parking lot nearby. We stayed here as a base to go to the Werchter festival grounds. Two folding beds had been placed in the room to turn it into a family room. This was sufficient for the children.

Very child-friendly. Small gift for the children who stayed for free. Nice breakfast buffet. Good location in the center of Mechelen, close to the Dyle. Only downsides: expensive parking and personally I thought the pillows were too hard.
