Pros: large room, nice view from the window, good breakfast, not bad gym. Cons: Inattentive staff (I had booked a Deluxe room, but they put me in a regular room. Later I had doubts and went back to check if it was really my room. It turned out it wasn't). On the last night the water was black, making it impossible to wash or brush your teeth.

A conveniently-located hotel with a nice lagoon pool and outdoor area. The buffet breakfast has so many amazing Indonesian options - highly recommended.

I booked an upgraded room, but the room was old and falling apart. There were ants crawling on me in the bed, no hot water, breakfast was cold. The AC would not get cold, so we were very hot over night. The bathroom had someone’s eyelashes in there, so it made me think that the cleaners are not doing a good job. Overall, the hotel was not worth the cost.

No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers. The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough. Staff helped to bring luggage to the room. The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

Upon arriving ,hotel frontdest give them a very good service ,the staff is very polite and helpful. The room is clean and tidy.they have a good breakfast with veryty of food and fruits. Overall they enjoy staying at DanauToba Int.Hotel

I stayed here with my family during our holiday in Medan. Although the hotel is a bit old, it has its own charm. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Traveling with a young child, we especially appreciated the nice swimming pool, which made our stay very enjoyable.

Recommended hotel..Its located in the city center..Will stay in this hotel again if go to Meda

4 star hotel but no hot water,they should have so.e alternative solution as looks like this situation happened previously. Should have some basic items, iron and hairdryer. The picture in booking and actual looks different

Short walk to Sun Plaza. Bit dated but the room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is ok (local dishes only). Cheaper than similar class hotels here.

Very beautiful hotel with very good location. Staff were friendly , just charged me 50k IR for losing my access card.  All in all, it is a beautiful hotel and I recommend it.

I hate this hotel...1st time I stay at 4 star without hot water.....I book 4 day and 3 night....but just stay one night there....the next day I check out...its waste my money...when I complain to trip. Com.also never gv me good feedback...just say hotel management never reply..so bad response...i more prefer agoda...good response from them.
