The hotel is immaculate and every room has a view. The restaurant was very good. The area around the hotel on Calle 33 is pretty rough. Parke Rio in Conquistadores is woth seeing.

Nice hotel, with good staff.

Average hotel without many luxuries and quite basic, average location

The overall quality is good. It is considered a decent 3.5🌟 hotel. The rooms are relatively new. The hotel breakfast is relatively poor. There are basically no hot dishes and only sandwiches, cereals and fruits. Please choose carefully if you mind. The hotel is located in a middle-class community and is very quiet.

The staff are friendly, the room is clean, and there are restaurants, supermarkets and malls nearby. Breakfast is simple and delicious.

It can only be said that it is so-so. There are few types of breakfast, and there are only a few buffet items, but you can order additional ones, and there is no charge for breakfast. There were mosquitoes in the room, and bees often flew in. It was relatively close to the exhibition, about a 10-minute walk. There is an additional charge for drinks in the room. There is no water or a kettle. Two room cards are required and there is an additional charge! Gone! In addition, it is best to take a regular taxi at the Medellin airport. Those who solicit customers will definitely kill you. Don’t ask me how I know, I have experienced it myself! And the airport staff who takes you out even asks you for a tip! ! ! ! After a quick operation and the language barrier, it is easy to get confused and get on the black bus.

The hotel is recommended 10 points, very clean and refreshing. The only flaw is that it is close to the road, so it is a bit noisy, but with the windows closed, it is much better.

Greatly appreciated my stay at Terra Biohotel. Located in a quiet place, this hotel is much more that expected. The room was clean, nice showers and very nice. For the price, it is well worth your money. Carlos, at the reception, was super nice and very helpful.

I loved the hotel, the staff are friendly, there’s a nice atmosphere right through the hotel from the cleaning staff, to the kitchen and the front desk. The area is safe and close to Park Del Rio, and the mall and restaurants are close by. I I have stayed twice on my trip for multiple days and they never let me down. I highly recommend.

Stayed 2 weeks. It was a great experience. The hotel is in a quiet and safe neighborhood (Laureles), near Unicentro, restaurants and sites of interest. Hotel is well-equipped: restaurant, AC, hot water. Service is excellent, both at the lobby and restaurant. Meals are also very good. They can also arrange for tours (3rd party). I want to congratulate the hotel and thank all staff, especially Ana, Christopher, Natalia and Yised.

We had a great stay. Except we were changed for another room price for having an extra person. We ere never told that.
