Modern, Clean, and Comfortable Hotel in a Prime Location with Excellent Laundry Service—Would Definitely Return. Also airport shuttle back to airport was arranged with a reasonable charge.

Great location and nice place in Laureles. Near some restaurant bars so music can get to your sleep if you are looking to go to bed early. Shower is a little small and you need to be careful to not splatter all over the bathroom. There is a $8,000 peso per night per person fee that is charged once you check in. This is not disclosed anywhere on the site.

Check-in was awesome. I am from Canada, Spanish is second language. Front desk was helpful, understanding, and patient.
Happy Laundry is 1 block away, excellent service.
Restaurants are all excellent nearby - ranging from economical buffets for breakfast, to world class top shelf cuisine for dinner.

Poca profesionalidad recepción de una señorita llamada Alejandra, ni los buenos días daba, siempre con mala cara. No limpian la habitación si pones el cartel, me paso dos días seguidos que no me han limpiado la habitación. Bar dentro del hotel que dicen que no es propiedad del hotel, lista de precios que no se corresponde con lo que cobran y tampoco Dan ticket. Lo bueno. Buena ubicación, instalaciones nuevas.

Habitación cómoda y moderna, el personal muy amable y colaborador, está cerca a muchos bares y restaurantes y en todo caso es muy tranquilo. Solo tiene un ascensor entonces hay que compartirlo con los carritos de aseo. No tiene servicio de alimentación y si se sale temprano no hay forma de desayunas porque aún están cerrados los restaurantes
