Most importantly very clean and the amenities are more than enough for a few nights stay.
Walking distance to the Main Street and plenty restaurants and eateries conveniently located.
It’s a fantastic stay for the price charged.
Would definitely stay again !

Excellent place to stay. It's very easy to get to, and within the neighborhoods of Medellín, it's a quieter area, to my liking.
There are many shops nearby.
And the apartment has a kitchenette, a minibar, and a microwave, so you can make your coffee before heading out.
The bed is very comfortable.
If I were to return, I would choose it again.

Ubicación exxcelente, le falta incluir mas servicios en el apartamento (elementos de aseo), no cuena con aire acondicionado, mal olor en los baños y no cuneta con ascensor

Doesn’t have Air Conditioning. But they have fans and it doesn’t get hot. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. This time are room had a smell in it. Told management and they moved us to a different room. I recommend this hotel. Walking distance to a lot of stuff to do

Located in a great part of Laureles. Close to a lot of food, stores, laundromat, and more but not so close that the noise is a problem.
Hotel+room is very spacious, clean, comfortable bed, and interior is nice.

Nice space. There used to be a lovely garden area a few years back but it was removed to add more rooms.

The host was very helpful with the check in process, very friendly and responsive.
Unfortunately....l could not sleep at all, there was very loud music in one of the rooms and it went on all night long...
There is nobody keeping an eye at the reception during the night.
Positives are, the place is modern/new and the area is good for walking to the metro and there are restaurants around.
