I stayed at the hotel for about 5 days and it was quiet and nice The breakfast was especially good, and the rest area of ​​the restaurant was always open, so it was convenient. The front desk staff were also friendly and responsive to requests. The surroundings are so pretty that I want to use it again next time Transportation is also connected from Wellington Station by an overpass, so I was able to come and go more comfortably than I thought.

Stayed here for the second time and the experience was as good as ever. The room was neat and clean and very suitable for business trips. The air conditioner is an all-in-one unit, so it will be noisy at night and the fan needs to be turned off.

The hotel environment is good, the river bank is a few minutes' walk away, and the scenery is beautiful. Breakfast is simple without any meat. The two sisters at the reception were very friendly. Great location to see Boston! 596 steps from the front door of the hotel to the subway ticket booth (yes... I counted). Orange line - Wellington station - four stops from North station. Clean. New. Great breakfast with lots of options. Our family of 4 loved it all!

Poorly run hotel; seemed to be a corporate or management problem. We asked for our room to be cleaned after a couple days out of a 5 night stay. We were told we could not have a daily cleaning. Then we kept being told that the room would be cleaned when we got back from being out for the day, but it never was. We were repeatedly promised and yet nothing, and our room had trash and used towels piling up. We never got any cleaning, which is gross for a 5 night, 6 day stay. The staff was apologetic and there were cleaning staff that we did see seemed busy trying to keep up with cleaning when rooms were being vacated. Either they aren't being given enough hours to clean regularly or they're understaffed. I certainly won't be back and I'm skeptical of the brand now.

Loved it but there was not soap and shampoo in dispenser. Amenities great. Room lovely and breakfast plentiful and yummy. Would stay here again!

Amazing location with near buy shops and restaurants. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro station and about a 15 minute ride into Boston. Hotel has very limited parking but they do allow you to park in a parking garage across the street and they will validate your parking ticket so you do not have to pay for parking. Room was spacious, clean, and check-in was quick. Breakfast was good.

Awesome property and awesome stay. Very convenient to Assembly Row, downtown Boston, and the Subway system. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but it was good enough. We felt very safe during our stay and the property is within walking distance of some local restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel.
