Excellent experience all around! Great breakfast.

We tried to use this hotel to house guests for a wedding we were having at a local venue. We should have realized this hotel would be a problem when we had to contact the Dirdctor of Sales and Marketing several times before getting a response. Then it was agreed that we would get blocks of 10 rooms which would be increased once they were filled. Our 10 rooms filled quickly and we were not told they were complete until a guest tried to register and was required to pay full price. We again played tag with the Director who reluctantly gave us 7 more rooms. I was surprised that the hotel didnt just add rooms to a wedding block as they filled up. We then needed to find another hotel to accommodate all our guest. We also asked the Director about reserving the meeting room, actually making a trip to the hotel to discuss this and leaving a reservation form for the room as she was in a meeting. After not hearing from her for a week, i called to check on availability. She stated it was already reserved but didn't think it necessary to convey this to us, so we could make alternate accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel for any event you would need rooms reserved. They were very unattentive.

Rooms are due for an upgrade. No smart tvs to log into apps like Netflix. No drawers in the king with pull out sofa room. Found that strange. Otherwise nice staff and adequate accommodation. Definitely the best option for the immediate surrounding area.

The hotel was easily accessible and very clean. The room was comfortable and well-maintained.
