Great hotel. Grabbed the cheapest room possible for my sister to come along with the hubby and I but wanted our own privacy. Got her the single queen bed room. It was REALLY nice. The value for money was exceptional and the breakfast was fantastic!

Just stayed at the flamingo in Medicine Hat, never again. We got a room went to get luggage had to wait @ 15 minutes for someone to let us back into lobby, desk clerk left and lock main doors. When we got to our room we were appalled, the carpet was filthy, wires were hanging out of switch socket. There was no towels, face cloths or hand soap in room. The TV remote didn’t work at all, could tell the sheets were just pulled up haphazardly and the bedding was rumpled. We slept on top of bed unsure what the sheets were like or who had slept there before us. If it hadn’t been storming ten o’clock at night and bone tired we would have left. Will never stay there again and would never recommend it. All this for $ 189.00 a night no thank you.

My stay at Hotel Flamingo in Medicine Hat was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the amenities were fantastic. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions . I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere by the pool. I highly recommend Hotel Flamingo for anyone visiting Medicine Hat!

The place is nice. Had a very good time. I recommend the to stay. Staff was amazing at front desk and very accommodating. We will come back again. The room was nice it was a suite room and it was very comfortable with nice view and best part is it was near highway.

This hotel is garbage. Reserved a room and they tried to give us a different room upon our arrival. Screwed up our reservation. Room was filthy, never cleaned during our 4 night stay. The light didn't work in the washroom, only the red heat lamp. Mentioned it several times to the manager, always was going to be done tomorrow. TV did t work. WIFI worked in the corner only.window was broken. Sketchy characters hanging around the parking lot. Some outside doors were broken causing you to walk around the hotel. Staff doesn't last long in this dump.
