Very friendly staff. Room was good. Climate in the room was ok, I would have liked an extra blanket. There was a time when an extra blanket was available in the room, but apparently, these days, that is no longer the case. The one thing I run into at every hotel is, that the general thought is that it is ok to make tea in a thermos that used to contain coffee. This happened at breakfast: the water in the thermos even looked brown and tasted like coffee. It's disgusting! Why not provide a special thermos with hot water that has not been used for anything else. And as for the room: provide a kettle, for honestly, to make tea from a Keurig does not taste good.

Another great stay here. This is our fourth time staying here and each time it is the same…clean, friendly service, and a wonderful breakfast too. All at a very reasonable price. The check is always quick and friendly. Amit was more than helpful with our dinner location options. The attached restaurant is fantastic by the way!

An apparently converted restaurant/lounge right off TCH is now a very pleasant motel. I believe this is considered a “budget” accommodation but it is a much nicer place. We received a complimentary upgrade to our room, which was clean and seemed to be newly renovated. Comfy beds, fridge, microwave, and very hot shower with plenty of towels. Pleasant staff, and a breakfast of eggs, sausages, hash browns, cereal, bagels, bread, waffles and apples. Lots of steps to get to 2nd floor where breakfast was served and where there was also an Indian restaurant, unsure if there is an elevator. My only complaint is the noise from the workers just after 6 am. We had a room at the beginning of the hallway close to the reception desk, and heard conversations, doors slamming and back up beeping from a vehicle. So request a room further down the hallway. Otherwise, we would definitely recommend this place!

The property contacted me by email and by phone to verify check in procedures. I find this particularly offensive when I'm driving and working. Unfortunately an exact time of arrival wasn't available and I had to repeat this multiple times.
