Emaar Royal Hotel Al Madinah

What a relief that Emaar Royal reopened. Got our double room immediately on arrival. Near ladies entrance. Perfect. Breakfast really varied. Impressed. Most of all..room cleaned daily- concierge and reception in fact all staff attentive and professional. I cannot comprehend what people were complaining about. My go to hotel inshAllah in medina. 2 Pakistani and one Indonesian restaurant various food markets on doorstep... its on one side on masjid nabi....so shopping wise plenty local. But walk around 5 min to taiba center etc Quba cabs etc outside hotel.

Terrible hotel stay!!! Everything is broken- from the bathroom ceiling; TV remote; broken flush etc. Can’t open windows so no ventilation. Just returned to UK and the whole family is ill !!! Please avoid at all costs! Should be a 2 star hotel! Bathroom and room so smelly !

Emaar Royal Hotel Madina is one of the best hotel in Medina near Masjid Al Haram. It's just 2-3 minutes walk to Haram from the hotel. I stayed 6N from 5th dec to 11th Dec 2023 with a pleasant staying over their. The reception is exceptional and provided Me an excellent corner room where I hot a view to Masjid Al Bukhari and the main road. During my stay I found the house keeping is excellent specially the House Man Mr Abu Taher Mesbah dis his best job in keeping the room very steady and clean. All the amenities were duly found all the time. The breakfast was awesome and value for money. This is my second time staying this year. I visited on February this year also. Its very convenient for women's as the women gate is very near. I will give 10/10 to this hotel for its service and Overall performance.

We went to the counter been offered 3diffrent rooms,1 didn’t have extra bed but lovely room, 2nd room stank so we said no. Then we been offered a room all signed off, as we were going in the lift, we’ve been called to reception and our key was taken off us & room was given to a lady who spoke fluent in Arabic by Hamad. This is top class racism, Emaar Royel is a 5 star hotel, you simply cannot discriminate like this. The sister Afnan tried her best but the male staff was not having it. Also a five star hotel and your reception guy Hamad can’t speak English, is this some kind of a joke! We had no one cleaning our room, should’ve been done everyday, we had to beg for water on the phone and it took ages to come to us, horrendous place. I was going to speak to the Manager MR Sayeed, but if the staff are like that I wonder how the Manager would be like. Horrible place, rooms are dusty and dirty, staff only the sisters are nice people, the male staff are like rude to all female like they own the world. This hotel is not even a two star Trust me everyone , go there youl find out

Just came back few days ago very nice hotel and just few minutes walk to haram.the room. Size was nice had room service when we asked for it ,dining area can get busy and difficult to find space in morning but food was nice various cuisine .overall good experience

I found the hotel is well managed and the reception staff are very friendly. They are doing their best to satisfy their guests. I liked the free car parking for the guests unlike most nearby hotels that add extra high charges. The included breakfast buffet is full of varieties of food and beverages. I liked their regular black coffee. Mr. Maher, the duty manager, is always available to listen to any concerns from guests and his high level of respect is upfront with care and willingness to assist. The regular calls we receive from Ms Abeer to insure guests satisfaction are great.
