Ruve Al Madinah Hotel

Good location, rooms average at best, but extremely dissapointed that personal valuable and money went missing from our secured room safe! After complaining to staff who were insistend NOT to call the police, I refused and went to my room to make a call to the police and miraculously found some of my valuables back in the safe, but the money was still missing! Management and staff need to take a long hard look at themselves, working in a holy city and activing oblivious and stealing peoples personal possesions/money. I will not be returning to this terrible hotel again!

Had a pleasant stay at Rove Hotel (18-21 Jan) as part of our grp tour. Close proximity to Masjidil Nabawi and offers a variety of food selection for buffet dining. Room looks dated otherwise, decently clean. Had some problems getting the TV & kettle to work, but technical staff on duty (18 Jan) responded really quickly, even at 2am! Special mention to Mr Syafiullah & room service team @ Level 11 who is always onsite to offer fresh change of towels, mats & water. Grateful with the team's attentiveness & impeccable level of service!

Its a home far from home. Very good to excellent i would say. Good service at reception, staffs helpful. Very close to masjid Nabawi, cross road and straight reaching women's entrance gate 338. No problem with family with kids. Room clean and nice. Cant complaint about food also. Breakfast was heavy, with variety. For the price you pay, it's above honourable. Very satiafied. Didnt expect it.

The hotel is close to the Prophet's mosque. It is close to the access to the ladies prayer area. Also close to shopping areas and food areas. The breakfast buffet is very good with many options. However the menu is the same every day and gets boring after few days. The room is not very big for 4 people. The bathroom is not very clean. Room service also don't clean very well.

Ruve hotel Madina We stayed at Ruve hotel Madina from 1st oct '22 till 7th oct '22. We booked through *********** and selected a suite with double bed and sofa. Upon reaching, the room that was showed to us was very small. There were two single beds and no sofa. It was not a suite. We told the person at the reception that it was not the room that we paid for. They showed another room but that was also the same. We had to argue with them for good 40 minutes and we showed the description and pictures on the app and then they finally gave us our suite for which we paid on 14th floor. After a long and tough journey, I had to fight for the room for which I already made the booking. Were they trying to scam me? The good aspect of the hotel is it's excellent location. Just 2-3 minutes walk from Masjid-e-Nabwi. The breakfast was below average. The breads, puffs and other confectionary was not fresh. They had Indonesian food mainly. We wish it was mentioned on the app at the time of booking so we wouldn't select that. Rooms are clean. It's a good value for money keeping in mind the location. Housekeeping is excellent. Available late at night too. Mr Abdul Razzak was very hospitable and courteous.

Small room not clean environment Toilet and room got 1 kind of smell not property clean well before they open due too long closed . Toilet no toothbrush and we requested they said not available My last trip here. Travel agt wira rate this hotel as 5⭐️ but to me as low as 2⭐️.

Very clean, very good location, very close to masjid Nabawi asharif , staff are very friendly, food very good and a lot of choice, room service every day, cleaning staff friendly and polite , wifi at reception , in the room as well but weak a little bit… they provide mask for free , they make sure of respect of hygiene and safety , honestly is really a good hotel is like 5* hotel in Europe, free parking isn’t the best 😀

Stayed at this hotel in Madinah. Very close to gate number 25 the ladies entrance to masjidul haram. Hotel staff were very helpful especially at the reception. Breakfast was great lots of variety and rooms were clean.
