The hotel does not have a heater. The room was 22 degrees. We asked the technician to increase it to 27 (we even paid him money), but it went down to 18. My wife and kids got sick. We called the reception again, they sent another technician that did the override of the previous technician’s settings and said basically we have to wait for the room to warm up by itself since there is no heater in the hotel. Outside is getting colder and colder, Karl! How will this warm up to 27 C?

Excellent service at complementary breakfast and afternoon tea, by all staff in restaurant especially Rahul and Nur Uddin the morning breakfast was good and Rahul and Nur Uddin made fresh orange juice for us

The restaurant is not well arranged. The value paid is more than the quality of the food. The food needs to be of better quality.The room is somewhat narrow. no propper maintenance , no supply in room,
