This place is appalling!!! Although the staff are friendly, the service is non-existent. The hotel is run down and needs to be renovated. The bathrooms are dated and not cleaned properly. We stayed on the 8th floor and there was a damp smell as soon as you exited the elevators. The damp smell was also in the rooms. The view out of the window was obscured by dirt and dust. The maintenance and upkeep of this place is atrocious. The hotel is classed as a 3 star, however, it is not anywhere near the standard of a 3 star in Europe or Turkey. Stay away and book somewhere else. We were glad to leave this place!!!

DO NOT BOOK. Booked here through *********** for my parents and they kept stating that my card declines, tried updating the card details FOUR times! They definitely overbooked and they just wanted to charge us without providing us the room! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Good hotel, but not the best. I had a good night sleep here. Near from Masjid Nabawi, you could walk for maybe 500m. Food is good, but maybe not really my taste. Not a really spacious room, and provide 3 single bed for me and my parents. Sometimes it is hard to open my big suitcase here. But not a big problem.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s a 5minute walk to the Prophets Masjid. It’s has plenty of shops/restaurants in the near vicinity. That’s were all the good points end! I booked this as I found no other hotels at the time of my travel, and I needed a place for the family to stay. If you read the reviews, and the fact the management do not comment tell a lot about the hotel, especially when the reviews mention similar issues. The hotel has faulty key entry to the rooms, experienced by many and extremely frustrating. As you have go downstairs to the main reception to change the key card. This brings me to the next issue, the lift are very small and limited in numbers. A simple life journey to the 5th floor can take up to 15 minutes on a good time, when busy no point trying/waiting use the stairs, even if you are on the 10th floors. The rooms are dated and bathroom are simple but to be honest expected for a 3 star property. Wi-Fi is good coverage. Furniture is dated and worn. The phone does not call reception, limited English TV channels. The food was not to my taste, breakfast despite paying I only ate the first day. Budget tea bags, cordials juices, no fresh eggs, bread and pastries poor quality. Personal if you have no option and need to book this hotel, book room only and have breakfast somewhere else. The staff who I communicated with were pleasant enough, but limited in numbers. Hotels communication through email and *********** application is extremely poor/disappointing. They don’t answer any enquiries, either when emails have been sent by ***********. My advise avoid this hotel, only book out of desperation and just know the purpose of your stay is worship which takes away the focus of the hotel.

Honestly I don’t even know where to begin. This hotel is the filthiest hotel I have ever seen in my life and that’s coming from someone who is well travelled. I was given my rooms at 6pm as they were not “ready” and once they were given to me I headed up to my room as per, only to find a guy in there fitting on new carpet. It was such a great job where there were lumps left in the carpet to me eventually stamping on it to put it into place. The mould and grime all over the rooms and bathrooms made me not even want to shower. The stench of white spirit in the rooms have given me migraines constantly and blocked my nose and throat completely. The beds are full of bed bugs and I had half used toilet roll which was not replenished. The walls were dirty and full of grime, my bed sheets had blood stains in there and there is no existence of house keeping here at all. I am so shocked to see a hotel like this where it’s actually ruined my trip to madina, I actually want to go home it’s that bad! I’ve been walking around my room with shoes on because I don’t even want to get my socks dirty or even think of walking barefoot. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AS YOU WILL MORTIFIED.

One of these hotels where you can't make your mind up whether it is great or bad! combination of both Firstly i booked one night stay here in Madinah via Agoda, the reson why i booked it was because i was offered "Express Check in" which meant i could check in from 8.30AM, i needed this because night before i was at another hotel in Madinah and they did not have any rooms available for my final night so i opted to choose this due to its early check it Arrived there just after Jumah, luckily my previous hotel Pullman offered to keep my luggage until after Jumah which worked out great, so arrived at the hotel around 2pm only to be told to wait another 2 hours as my room was not ready! So was told to wait around in the lobby area which was complete chaos! Luckily the lobby is a decent size and had some chairs so didnt mind waiting around for about 2 hours or so got myself a coffee and and was able to relax for 2 hours in the lobby (Agoda did offer me some compensation in return for the misselling) no big deal Checked into to my room around 4pm, i was given 4 single bed room when i was alone not complaining but odd! Room is decent enough size beds are comfortable, although i suspect there were a few bed bugs because shortly after taking a nap i got what was like small bits across my legs and arms. The room is clean enough, plenty of bottle water given to you, tea coffee facilities TV etc, The only problem was the shower, the water wasnt entirely warm it was luke warm not comfortable enough for a shower but it was hot at the time and it was okay for now but could not take a proper shower as the water wasnt warm enough The location is great on the north side of the masjid within few mins away from the main Haram itself, bin dawood shopping centre few mins walk and plenty of shops around nearby including Mcdonalds so plenty of places to eat there The other bonus is the SAPTCO VIP bus station is about 1 mins walk away so if you need to take the bus to makkah the station is just about 1 min walk away so location is ideal Did not have the breakfast so could not comment on anything The staff really need to work on their customer service skills a bit, and talking Apart from that the hotel is okay if you plan to be out most the day its good for a good night sleep anad location is fantastic Wifi is good and works well despite being on the 21st floor, Elevators there are plenty available The only other issue is when you try to swipe in to your room it takes atleast 5-6 attempts for the card reader to work! Very annoying! Its not worth the cost but location is ideal for a short stay i'd make sure the bed is checked before you sleep on it or sleep on a towel looks like it has bed bugs!

Worst possible restaurant in Madina. We booked this hotel in December for February dates when we reached hotel we found out that our booking had been cancelled without any prior notice kt was 2 o'clock in the morning and I was with my wife and 6 years old son they don't care a penny about you imagine someone has travelled all the way from the UK and find out at that time that he has no room for night they are very busy and that's why they don't care any one apart from their money but if you all try to avaoid them you can save yourself from such a hassle there are plenty of hotels in Madina it will be my sincere advice to everyone don't put yourself into trouble.

The hotel has an advantage of being close to the Prophet's Mosque, just about 5 minutes walk. A branch of Dar Al Eiman hotels. The hotel is experiencing an influx of guests, so it is always busy. The rooms were small and likewise the beds were so small. The shower cubicle was very small and not convenient for a plus size person . They have an averagely nice breakfast. I observe that there's a Malaysian breakfast served for Malaysian guests and a Continental. It's a nice stay for us

I stayed in this hotel 6 days with our children. The rooms are very small with no chair or tables. Washrooms have mold and they give you very small amount of toilet paper. during 6 days we did not get even one time cleaning service. I called the cleaning guys to clean the rooms, they only fixed the bed sheets and did not clean the rooms and did not pick up the garbage. rooms are worn out and electrical plugs are not working well. Manager is not on site from before 10am and after 6pm. Do not get the food or breakfast package, it is very bad. I do not recommend this hotel if the price is more than $40 per night.
