Room 220 is not an accessible room. I even asked at desk and they said it was. Nope. Nothing about this room is accessible. No access to thermostat, soap dispenser out of reach, no grab bars by toilet or shower, no turning radius in bathroom, no lower peep hole, no label on outside of door to indicate it is. Either your night staff has no clue which rooms are accessible or management has no clue how to make a room accessible. Stop selling this as an accessible room that you charge more for. Room was clean, as was lobby and hall.

We stay here every Thanksgiving for 3 days to visit family, this was our 4th year staying at this exact location and it’s never a terrible experience. The staff is always accommodating and quick at every point during our stay. We will always choose the Holiday Inn Express in Medina when we’re in town.
