房間很不戳很乾凈，就是床太小，不過還好，還可以

Pistacchio, 4 stelle?? Accettano carte di credito con supplemento del 20%!!!!!!!! É certo che non ci rimetterò mai più piede. Avviso per i viaggiatori: Le camere non hanno il bidet! I pasti sono da mensa di infimo ordine! L'aperitivo pagato 6 euro oltre al 20% per il pagamento con carta di credito, non viene servito neppure con salatini od olive. Lo spritz é fatto con acqua minerale!! Mi é piaciuto l'incontro con la Madonna ma non con questo albergo.

Positivo di questo hotel che ha parcheggio gratuito ed è vicino al centro . Alla reception personale carino . Discreta la colazione a buffet . Pessimo il ristorante , cena in hotel .. nonostante fossimo soltanto io e mia moglie e 2 tavolate di messicani, arrivi alla sala ristorante piano -1 , vedendo soltanto delle lunghe tavolate con tovaglia sotto e sopra pellicola trasparente , vino in tutti i tavoli con arrotolato al collo della bottiglia pezzo di Scottex già sporco di rosso ,, vino senza etichetta , assaggiato sia il rosso sia il bianco .. sembrava aceto … un menu a dir poco da ospedale a mio avviso , cameriere distratto alle prime esperienze e non adatto a mio Avviso e alla domanda cosa ci fosse come dessert , rispose che era una sorpresa ( chiesto perché la cena era stata un disastro ) ci portò frutta fresca alla fine ; ok che è in aggiunta la cena a solo 15 euro a testa ; piuttosto farei pagare qualcosa in più ma con un menu decente per un hotel a 4 stelle , non avendo scelta di ordinare quello che vuoi e pagare anche qualcosa in più . Consiglio soltanto colazione e pernottamento … la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere in un ristorante dell’hotel ; riferito alla reception che tutto bene tranne la cena che non si è mangiato bene ; la risposta è stata con un sorriso … mahhhhhh

Hotel bellissimo in posizione strategica. Persona veramente gentile e disponibile. La nostra stanza era grande pulitissima e dotata di ogni confort. Il bagno aveva una doccia molto grande. La colazione era abbondante e con molta scelta. Torneremo sicuramente!

Grande professionalità e gentilezza. La posizione è straordinaria a pochi passi dalla chiesa di San Giacomo in una zona servita da tutto. La pulizia è impeccabile le camere sono molto comode con un materasso di alto comfort. La colazione molto buona abbondante e variegata. Bravi da ritornarci e da consigliare.

The receptionists were so hospitable and cheerful; they helped out with everything we needed. The room service was consistent, cleaned the pillows and changed the bedsheets daily, thankful for that. The breakfast was limited, but still delicious, they were kind and before we went for our pilgrimage, they offered us to take a few fruits for the way. Truly an amazing experience and will 100% go there again if I go back to Medjugorje. Ps. There were such beautiful paintings in the reception, and a breathtaking view all around (we stayed on the 3rd floor).
