Awesome location right across the road from T. Roosevelt National Park. Our room was quiet, which is also good. The restaurant is another high point. Our server was amazing, and the food quite good. Our room was comfortable with good lighting and a spacious shower. However the linens -- towel and sheets -- are very tired and old. The bed, itself, wasn't uncomfortable, but the extremely hard pillows took away from sleep quality. There is no housekeeping and you will have to ask for clean items if you need them. Lowest point goes to service: the staff is untrained and has no idea what they are doing. We were there early in the season so perhaps they will learn, but they need to train their staff BEFORE the guests arrive, not ON the guests. The gal who checked us in didn't know how to run our credit card, and we were summoned to the lobby for a retry. The second time, the gentleman who was at the reception had never used the computer system.
