Very good location. The service is good. The breakfast is excellent. Parking is convenient but 1.5 euro per hour.

It was outstanding hotel. The only thing I can comment on is the lack of parking spaces, the hotel had quite limited parking spaces and on the other hand, it is very difficult to find parking in the whole city of Opatija.

Well located hotel in the center of Opatija. The staff is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, parking around the hotel is difficult and you should be careful to read the text about the different rooms (don't be fooled by the pictures). Very good breakfast and close to the beach.

クラブツーリズム、プレミアムステージで利用した。 スーペリアクラスホテルとの事だが、私たちの部屋201は最悪。 ✖️狭小部屋。2ベッドルーム。 スーツケースを開けるスペースなし。やむなく1人分をバスルームの洗面台下で開けた。 ✖️電話利用不可。電話線繋がっているが発信音なし。 ✖️シャワーのみ利用。バスルーム、部屋迄浸水→バスタオル等、手持ちのタオル全て使い拭き取る。 ↑ ホテル側、「No Problem」とのこと。 添乗員さん曰く、ホテル側も判っているとの事。そういえば、バスルームへの扉下部が水でかなりふやけており、板が剥がれている箇所多数あり。 結果、添乗員さんの部屋（302）とチェンジ。3ベッドルーム。 （2Fとは違い）壁がない為、眺望もまずまず。窓から首を出せば少し海が見える。部屋も明るい。 初めからこちらの部屋だったら評価はまぁ良かったと思う（食事はイマイチだが）。

Excelente, muy buena y amplia habitación vista al mar,excelente atención y desayuno No tiene parking propio, pero a unos 100 metros pagando 20 euros en el hote tienes la posibilidad de uno con ingreso y egreso libre (si lo contratas en el parking son 30 euros)

To be honest, I chose Opatija because I thought it would be close to Rijeka, but it was farther than I thought. If you are planning to travel to Rijeka, take note. There is no problem with the hotel itself. It's quiet to rest in the evening, the facilities are comfortable, and the supermarket is close by. There are no major difficulties using public transportation. Breakfast is also satisfactory!

A disaster, I had to wait 30 minutes to check in because the lady at reception was clearly on the phone with her mother. She then said she had an IT problem, so she spoke to the “IT TECHNICIAN”. A very friendly establishment, close to the beaches. An extraordinary view if you take the rooms on the 6th floor. Very disappointed by the restaurant server (a non-professional person who does not deserve his place in an establishment of this standing).
