The property was nice but the floors were super dirty. I have a baby that just learned to walk and falls sometimes. The floors were so bad I hardly let her down. Had to wear shoes everywhere in the unit. They also did not provide enough towels or basic supplies such as toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels. We only stayed a week and did not feel we should have to provide all of that.

De um modo geral foi tudo bem. Analisando nos detalhes, o controle de temperatura da casa era ruim, passamos frio e calor mesmo tentando ajustar a temperatura. A cama de casal era pequena e muito mole. Poucos utensílios de cozinha. Tivemos que comprar um grill e um espremedor de laranjas e panos de limpeza, além, é claro, dos ja previamente avisados materiais de uso e consumo.

The location of this property is great. It is within walking distance to Old Town and a short ride to Disney and Disney Springs. The pool and pool bar are nice! The hotel has an arcade for kids, which we didn't use, but it looked fun. The condo could definitely use a thorough clean. Baseboards and blinds were dirty. There was gunk on the walls. The hot tub was disgustingly dirty, as if the filters had never been changed. There were tiny bug crawling on the counters. The shower door wouldn't stay shut in the main washroom. They do not provide toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. The carpets and upholstery had stains. The front desk was not accommodating with a late checkout request.
