The quality of hotel service staff is uneven. It is obvious that employees with CM work experience can bring the familiar and enthusiastic atmosphere that CM should have, but more employees are more like temporary workers. Their attitude is out of place and they don't know anything. When I asked 3 hotel staff in the process of looking for a room, one pointed in the wrong direction, one told me that I didn't know and asked the front desk, and one pointed in the direction impatiently and left in a hurry;
In the afternoon, I experienced the hotel. Due to the one-price all-inclusive package and multiple packages of separate hotel rooms booked in my country, coupled with insufficient service staff, it was chaotic and noisy everywhere. The gathering consultation of various activities was smoky, and the experience of all-inclusive guests was very bad;
At 17:30, a lighting ceremony was held in the lobby. I have participated in many activities in various countries and have never seen such a chaotic scene. You can blame it on the quality of the guests, but as a hotel operator, shouldn't you reflect on the overall organization and planning of the event? The scene is too scary!
Dinner is from 18:00 to 20:30. These photos were taken around 19:10 and 20:10. The food was not replenished in time, and many tables were vacant for a long time. As an all-inclusive package, this experience is really bad;
