Struttura alberghiera di 4 stelle superior, meritate. Camere spaziose e pulite. Ottima vista sul Castello antico di Meissen. Staff della reception gentili e professionali. Nel complesso una ottima struttura, unica nota negativa il riscaldamento in camera di notte non funziona, e se avete freddo dovete chiamare la receptionist, vi porteranno una stufa elettrica aggiuntiva. Colazione internazionale, buona ma non proprio da 4 stelle superior, insufficienti i prodotti senza glutine e senza lattosio.

Sehr schönes Hotel!!!! Tolles Frühstück. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Es kommt dazu dass ich vor einige Wochen eine Reservierung kurzfristig stornieren musste wegen Autoschaden, dies war kurzfristig und unproblematisch möglich ! Sehr professionell, ich werde wieder kommen ! Das Hotel nimm ich zu meine Favoriten!!!

Personal freundlich und nett. Zimmer sauber und freundlich aber beim Check in sehr kalt. Nicht ausgewiesene Extra Kosten für Wellness (habe ich in noch keinem anderen Hotel bis jetzt erlebt). Tiefgaragen Platz sehr Teuer und dann nicht einmal Ladestation für Elektroautos vorhanden (musste zum Laden 5min. Fahren und da ab 30min noch einmal Parkgebühren zahlen).Essen und Frühstück wahren sehr gut. Allerdings die 20% VIP Vergünstigung von ********** wurden uns nicht abgezogen. Hatten es leider auch vergessen zu erwähnen. Sollte bei Vorauszahlung der Buchung aber von selber geschehen(Kundenservice).
