下高速很快就到了，地下停車場寬敞明亮，很方便。房間大，設施中規中矩，晚上比較安靜。早餐還行吧。

前台幫忙安排靠裡邊花園的房間，比較安靜。但是房間裏還是能聽見隔壁一家三口説話的聲音。酒店環境不錯，房間很寬，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，早餐很豐富，菜品及飲品共計幾十種。餐廳很大。

首先，這是我第一次住五星級酒店，原先定的隔壁温泉酒店説滿房，攜程讓我退房（後面發現事實是還有房衹是漲價了），給我換一家五星級，距離我考點更近的酒店，我同意了，然後就有了一下事情。
首先是入住，我走到a區，前台沒人，客服説讓我繞到b區（這種事情不應該提前告知麼，顧客到了看到沒人再喊我走b區去），然後辦理了入住，我入住後發現枕頭下面的床單有很多黑色的類似頭髮絲（頭髮絲我都好想一點，還有一些彎曲的不知道什麼部位的毛髮），然後在我朋友床的被單上發現了類似鼻屎已經幹了的臟東西，櫃子是很多灰塵有頭髮絲的，櫃門是發黴的。我想換房間，我朋友説換了可能也這麼臟，就算了，五點我們出去吃飯告知前台毛髮問題，並要求換掉所有床上用品，前台很客氣説好的，六點半吃完飯回來詢問，前台説已經換了，回到房間和我離開前的照片對比發現根本沒換！和我離開前拍的圖片對比可以看出來，毛髮一根沒少，被子臟東西也還在，所以沒有打掃為什麼要説已經打掃了（這已經屬於欺騙消費者）。
後面晚上我發現我枕頭有暗紋（我以為是枕芯的暗紋設計）打開看我驚呆了，這個枕頭你告訴我能睡人麼，類似血幹了一樣，被子內側還有馬克筆痕跡。然後我去洗澡，旁邊放有防滑墊，我説打開使用，打開後全是黴斑，我真的要吐了，那個側面排水設計的凹槽臟的遭不住。第二天早上去吃自助早餐，水果沙拉里麪的葡萄用的是壞葡萄，並且吃了早餐我就拉肚子了。
最後，我是去當地考試，信任你們五星級酒店，我同意訂你家酒店，結果住宿衞生不過關，食品安全不過關，真的很失望，也希望大家避雷，這個價格去當地住家漢庭賓館什麼的，至少人家不是幾星級，衞生肯定比你家好的。
